Return & Refund Policy

At BuyMorePerfumes, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help — and the steps below explain exactly how returns and refunds work so there are no surprises.
1. 30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unopened and still sealed in its original factory packaging (shrink-wrap or cellophane fully intact),
- Unused and in the same condition you received it,
- Complete with all original boxes, caps, and accessories,
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.
Please note: For health, safety, and authenticity reasons, we cannot accept any fragrance that has been opened, unsealed, sprayed, or tested. Once the factory seal is broken, the item is no longer eligible for return.
2. How to Start a Return
Before sending anything back, please confirm your item is still unopened and sealed — this is required for every return.
- Email us at info@buymoreperfumes.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- To speed up approval, please include a clear photo showing the factory seal is fully intact. We verify that every returned item is unopened before a return is authorized.
- Once we approve your return, we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label and step-by-step instructions.
Unauthorized returns — items shipped back to us without prior approval — cannot be accepted or refunded. Items received opened or with a broken seal will be returned to you at your expense.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened, unsealed, or used fragrances,
- Testers and sample products,
- Clearance and final-sale items (see Section 4),
- Free gifts, promotional items, and samples,
- Gift sets that have been opened or are missing components.
If you're not sure whether your item qualifies, just email info@buymoreperfumes.com before purchasing or returning and we'll let you know.
4. Clearance & Final-Sale Items
Items marked Clearance, Liquidation, or Final Sale are sold as-is and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. These products are discounted specifically because they are final-sale, so please order carefully. All clearance sales are final.
5. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at info@buymoreperfumes.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund — this applies even to clearance items, because you should never pay for a product that arrives damaged or wrong.
6. Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. To swap an item:
- Return your original item once your return is approved (and the seal is verified intact).
- Place a new order for the product you want.
7. Refunds
Once we receive your return and confirm the item is unopened and in original condition, we'll email you to let you know your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear on your statement.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still haven't received it, please reach out to us at info@buymoreperfumes.com and we'll track it down.
